The invention relates to a smart first-served management system functioning via SMS sent to the clients
This system basically serves functions and procedures relating to the judiciary as well as banks, hospitals, public and private services and generally anywhere a queue of clients can occur, who expect to be served in the above areas.
Each interested client (Lawyer , respondent , defendant , witness , etc. ) has the potential to place a 2 euro coin on the corresponding device after typing the number of his/her mobile phone , to be informed about the progress of affairs inside the court room – receiving an sms informing him/her about the number of case that is discussed on real time and giving him the approximate time when his/her case will begin to be discussed.
For the rest of services, the client will call from his phone(it will automatically be charged) the number where the device is located, then will key the exact date when he/she is planning to visit this place to be served and the system automatically informs him for his queue number and the approximate time that he has to be present in order to be served.
Using this device we achieve :
1. To save time for each client (not just wait in the court room or other services till his/her case begins or be served) and use this waiting time for other purposes.
2. Save working hours for many people
