This invention features a large 4 x 8' platform which is easily raised or lowered by simple hand leverage. It also is convertible to store bicycles allowing them to be loaded vertically as parked, then shifted to the horizontal so they are tucked very compactly up against the ceiling. It features no motor, gears or other more complicated power source. Consequently it allows the home owner to convert normally wasted overhead space to get items off the floor yet have them quickly and easily accessible.

This is a product virtually every home owner in the world needs and will be in every Home Depot, Lowes, Manards, many hardware chains and perhaps even Walmart within the next year. Foreign patents are also available as there was no public disclosure before filing.
