Description of invention.Present invention is "sc valve with full opening inlet/outlet, under tamper proof sealed locking/unlocking & regulated/controlled discharge."

For prevention of domestic lpg pilferage from kitchen cylinder. This device is a complecated/integration design of two self closed valve and one regulator of inlet cylinder pressure 17 kg+/- /cm2 & outlet pressure 300mmwc((IS-4246 lpg burner)(30gmf/cm2),discharge max 1 kg/hour.Due to restrictd pressure/discharge all type of pilferage Gas/liquid LPG can be prevented.low pressure,low discharge can not be usefull for commercial use like hotel,car,industry,welding. Because low pressure can not surve these purpose. Domestic,subsidized lpg pilferage cause Rs.25crores/day(Rs.9000crs/yr).( theft 5 lakhs per day.revenue loss @ rs 500 per cylinders.). Technology: Self closed valves primary & secondary,with Integrated regulator.locking of sc valve..Spring loaded pessure controll,off/on type sc valve primary & secondary.Differential pressure operated pressure controller regulator.Spring loaded pessure controll. Seal ,Locking of primary sc valve. *Principle: Integrated sc valve & low pressure regulator.with anti pilfer seal.
