A Ball Separator For Billiard Tables
[Category : - OTHER]
[Viewed 1825 times]
Commercial billiard tables whereas the Q ball has been made a slightly larger diameter this is a ball separator. My father was one of the best known billiard table MFG in the 70s and had 3 patents on his tables one being the " Gravity Ball Drop System " which made his tables standard equipment all across the country. This invention was his 4th patent and I have the complete draft from my fathers design. And written by the famous Los Angeles patent attorney William H Maxwell. This is a fantastic opportunity to have a never fully published patent by the best known in the billiards industry attorney William H Maxwell and Raymond Baker Sr. Quality Billiards ! My name is Douglas Baker/ Holmes and have been with the business from childhood a family legacy.
Financial informationI am looking for Sale plus small royalty of 2% for the life of use on this Idea byand through any 3rd party sale ect. Please make offer This has not been m ar keted the market potential is not to me the for front of this patent. Why my father was the most recognized in Industry as designer " If you create a patent that is in a language that is far superior to any other and is not able to be challenged by others " " Then you own the Industry " Whereas to have something put to the table by Quality billiards who with the history of unchallenged to date patents. You can use it to example and show the way in any field of patent expertise. Plus its a valuable historical draft and may in fact bring in visions of "Fats Domino" and the hustler ect. ect. I cannot say enough of the historical and stigma that haveing such a rare part of a multi billion dollar industry will give to any one who puts on the hat. Thanks to my father RAY BAKER SR.
