TufBax: Police/Military Gear, lumbar protection for gun belt

A belt load distribution device channels the loads produced by heavy belts, such as gun belts worn by law enforcement officers, away from the user.

TufBax is a weight displacement saddle like belt, worn under clothing. It displaces the heavy weight of Rucksacks; nail aprons, backpacks, utility belts, tool belts, gun belts or any other load bearing equipment. TufBax protects the vulnerable lumbar region by providing a larger area-mass, therefore distributing the weight off of the spine and more evenly distributed to the primary muscles. Thus, preventing back pain and muscular degeneration.

Because it is not a brace TufBax will not cause muscles to atrophy and does not inhibit mobility. It is lightweight and wafer-thin, as not to create bulk at the waistline. It is hypoallergenic, durable and washable.

Developed and worn by a 20-year veteran law enforcement officer, TufBax is ergonomically on target and can fit waist sizes from 20 to 70 inches.
