It solves the confusion of AM & PM.
It simplifies the reading of 24 hours dial, it completely overcomes the issue of AM & PM.
Other existing 24 dial analog watches didn't display the correct-real time when PM.

2- Licensing and Royalty Structures

The ideal structure would include:
1) Advance against royalties payment (AAR)
2) Guaranteed Minimum Annual Royalty Payment (GMAR)
3) Ad Valorem Royalty rates based on Gross Sales, where Gross Sales are defined as the price the consumer pays for the product multiplied by the quantity of the product sold.
4) Deductions are items deducted from Sales before the royalty is calculated. Ideally, no deductions would be best, however, if the partner insists, the only acceptable deductions for the agreement would include: Taxes, Credits, Returns, and Quantity Discounts.

The ideal licensing and royalty structure would look like the schedule below; however, variations of this model may be negotiated:
