Water purification by use of ultra sonic waves

This idea is about of twisting of ultrasonic waves on the having water sewage that became water molecules ionized and water into cold steam water. now the obtained cold steam water is passed from inside of a tube that 1 & or more Homogeneous magnets & Inhomogeneous (heterogeneous) magnets that are placed in both side of above tube, obtained cold steam water is changed into water that as a result of transition of electrical energy, the molecules of water are disinfected and sterilized.
Note1) we can also use from radiation ultraviolet before or after twisting of ultrasonic waves on water molecules or before and or after changing cold steam water to water (by magnets said). Note2) it may be used from it as proposed probable strategy for turning of cold steam water to water from liquefaction.
This idea has uses in production of clean water & distilled water.
