Security Door Latch Protector

I have recently received the patent to retro fit an absorbing sleeve type device over the existing security door locks commonly used in the hotel industry.
My device solves two major issues occurring today:
1) It protects the door frames from the security lock when they are used to hold door open. This constantly causes damages and has to be continually maintained by the operations team at all hotels.
2) It acts as a sound barrier when the door slams shut on these locks when used to hold the door open. Most doors in hotels have spring hinges to ensure the door shuts automatically. When people use the security latch to hold the door open for many reasons the door slams on the locking causing a noise irritation to the surrounding guest.
I have been working on this project for the past three years and have been in the hospitality industry for the last 25 years. During my travels across the United States I have taking time to poll Maintenance mangers and others in the industry at numerous hotels on this idea. Every single contact loved it and wants to see a working model.
