Very easy and cheap for manufacture a wind wheel with a diameter from 1 to 3 metres. Usual pipes from a steel or plastic and also textiles are used. Very correct aerodynamic profile. The maximum mechanical efficiency. It has effect of self- braking at a strong wind. Any special tools or machines are not required. It is suitable for rising of water from wells and water aeration.
