we have invented a hand tool, which allows for quick, square and plumb installation of metal hangers (Simpson Strong Ties). This critical part in the construction of homes, decks and other construction is required by building codes and manufacturer's specifications. It provides a safety margin when using a pneumatic nailer, or hammer. We are patented and have preformed a third party marketing evaulation of this invention. We are in the construction field and have tried our invention and have found that it is very easy to use and saves quite a lot of time in this critical step of construction, which means a saving of man hours and a cost saving to the construction company.
