Proof of Determinism: Fully Deterministic Blockchain System

This invention introduces a deterministic blockchain system based on Proof of Determinism (PoD). Every block state is computed solely from the previous state using a fixed transition function with no randomness, no timestamps, and no floating-point arithmetic.

All values are updated using integer or fixed-point operations, ensuring bit-identical results on all nodes. The total balance of the system is invariant, forming a closed economic loop (Genesis ? Treasury - Redistribution - Aging - Treasury).

The current state is uniquely defined by a deterministic hash fingerprint (state_hash). Any node can verify or reconstruct the full network state from a minimal snapshot without storing historical blocks.

Optional features such as deterministic emission, redistribution, or penalization are included without introducing non-determinism. The system is suitable for financial ledgers, CBDC infrastructures, deterministic accounting, and long-term auditable registries.
