1 -Information about part of the purchase agreement: the patent can be bought by a foreign entrepreneur or a private individual for the amount of 700 thousand euros. However, if they wish to sell this patent further to a Polish entrepreneur or a partner of a Polish company or a foreign company registered in Poland, the buyer must demand 10 million euros and transfer 10% of this amount to the inventor Rafal Stajniak.

2 - If the buyer wants to conduct business and manufacture this pipe in Poland, they agree to transfer 1% of the annual profit from this patent to the inventor Rafal Stajniak, until the patent expires.
