The circulation controller for domestic hot water (DHW) is designed to manage the DHW circulation system to match the individual needs of each user. It reduces the waiting time for hot water at the tap in the most energy-efficient way while ensuring user comfort. It controls the circulation pump, which speeds up the arrival of hot water to the tap when water is drawn, replacing the cooled water with hot water at the desired temperature in the circulation loop and at the outlet point. The control system monitors the user-set temperature in the circulation loop and only starts the pump when the temperature drops below the set point, preventing heat loss in the DHW system. It saves energy, water, and extends the life of system components like the circulation pump. The circulation system activates again only upon the user's request for hot water and a simultaneous drop in the loop temperature. The device has all necessary functions to adapt to different DHW circulation setups. It can control hot water circulation and can also start the pump if the water heater overheats (such as in solar systems). The device includes an anti-blocking pump feature (to prevent the pump impeller from seizing), adjustable pump operation time, and can be individually programmed by the ser.
