SweepReLeaf is a tool made of injection molded plastic. It holds a Contractor Trash Bag open on the ground so one person (instead of a second person needed to hold the bag open) can easily sweep or rake debris directly into the open trash bag. It collapses for easy transport and storage. It "Turns Your Trash Bag into a Dustpan!"
I was a Residential Contractor for 40 years and I hated having to use 2 guys to sweep up the jobsite debris, so I came up with SweepReLeaf. I am now 70 years old and out of energy. I want someone to take this and run with it. It should be in Home Depot next to the Husky Contractor Clean Up bags. It will sell millions! Contractors, Landscapers, Homeowners and their family members (for gifts!) will see the value and it will become a commonly owned tool, like a broom and a dustpan.

Financial information

I want an outright sale of the patent. It was granted in 2017, a 20 year utility patent, so it has plenty of time left.I am looking for the following possibilities:
A. Outright sale price of $200,000 with a deposit paid immediately ($50,000) and Bi-annual payments of $25,000.
B. Selling license rights with a down payment of $30,000 and 7% royalties paid Quarterly
The sale includes the patent, a trademark and app 800 boxed units ready for sale. There is an injection mold machine in China that can produce another 9,000 units. It needs modifications that would cost app $6,000.. I would recommend getting a manufacturer in America since tariffs have been instituted. Also, the Chinese manufacturing quality is not as good as Made in America.
