TRAFFIC DIVERSION SIGNALLING DESIGN HAVING PATENT IN 14 COUNTRIES

The present invention provides a traffic diversion system at a traffic intersection which comprises a traffic signal arrangement including a straight-through signal, a stop signal, a ‘C’ signal or an inverse ‘C’ signal. The traffic diversion system at a traffic intersection further provides a provision for two opposite lanes to open at a time and direct right turn is prohibited. According to an embodiment, the vehicle which intends to take right turn will be first required to take a left turn and then a ‘U’ turn upon the ‘C’ signal indicator. The ‘C’ signal indicator will be introduced along with the other traffic signals so that a vehicle takes the ‘C’ turn only when the ‘C’ signals indicator is ‘green’.

We are primarily looking for an outright sale of the patent portfolio to a company, investor, or public authority with the capability to commercialize it at scale. However, we are also open to discussing exclusive or non-exclusive licensing options.

We are flexible on the terms but would like to ensure the technology is commercialized responsibly and at scale, ideally with the buyer having experience in traffic systems or infrastructure solutions.
For outright sale, we would prefer a global or regional transfer of all rights within the 14 covered jurisdictions.

In addition to the granted patents across 14 countries, we also have technical documentation, design schematics, and simulation data that demonstrate the system’s performance. There are no trademarks or separate brand assets currently associated, but the supporting materials can be included as part of the sale package.
