My invention is a phone/tablet protective case with a new much needed feature that I call a pebble guard it goes beyond the available protection on market today.There is no on market phone or tablet cases that can protect screen damage from pebbles my new feature does,hence the pebble guard.This phone case or tablet case comes with a pebble guard and still leaves a sleek comfortable and usable device inside a protective case.Imagine parking lots or winterized walk ways meaning salt rock every where.When I walk in an asphalted parking lot I kick several pebbles and have personally dropped my phone onto one,not even a top of the line tempered glass peel stick can prevent damage by a pebble.A pebble guard can.Im looking to sell the tablet version and licence the phone version.I passed in all areas of patentability with a patent search this is a very valuable patent but is still pending filed with the uspto and soon will have a PCT.The only screen protection available on market is called a bezel or lip guard which if dropped face down gives only 1/8 in of protective space as a pebble is 1/4 in or higher.my invention provides a half inch of space preventing immediate pebble to screen contact and as I've tested not even tempered glass will prevent pebbles from obliterating your screen and the tempered glass.
