The invention relates to a lock and arm, wherein the actuation of the key allows the same to move the cords or tensioners in opposite positions and allows the iron arm to transmit this movement to the sliding outer tube so that it can slide on the sliding inner tube, thereby allowing the movement, opening or closing of the door in accordance with the grooves of the door frame and providing greater security.
