Food Allergen Lockout System
[Category : - SOFTWARES- OTHER- Food]
[Viewed 95 times]
The ALS data system will ensure traceability and control of raw materials that are classified as allergens at all steps throughout the food processing plant, with the addition of a Red QR code which needs to be scanned at all points of allergen raw material addition to the product process.
Ensuring points of allergen raw material addition are engineered to prevent cross contamination or human error by having all machinery lock out until a pass status is given by the scanned Red QR code.
Current systems do not use an allergen monitoring system that monitors and controls allergens which starts with the purchase order, vendor and continues throughout the process, packaging, and QA release of the finished product.
The benefits that ALS have compared to the present system - complete control over all allergens added to the product, ensures correct labelling, allows for better identification of allergens to the consumer using the red QR code.
Financial informationI am looking to sell outright.
You not only buy the provisional patent but also receive the excel database working model (see two attached photos) with full operating instruction.
The system is designed to help prevent product recalls (cost billions of dollars a year), protect the consumer e.g. less food with undeclared allergens reaching the supermarket shelves.
The red QR code system also allows the consumer to scan the code and be able to read the nutritional and allergen information which would be listed according to the labelling regulations and in a readable font size.
Has the potential to be part of HACCP throughout the world food and beverage industries.
You may not understand the food processing industry, but don't let that put you off partner with a person with a food science background and they will understand how this system will work and how it can be applied to any food production line handling allergens.
