An illuminating bag with one or more illuminating elements on the interior and exterior of the body of the bag, for providing visibility inside and outside of the bag, comprising a body, one or more handles, and one or more fastening elements, wherein the body can be made of one or more panels positioned around the base, and can be operated in an open and a closed configuration, the fastening elements function as an automatic switch to operate the illuminating elements on the interior of the bag. The handles further include a multifunctional switch to operate the illuminating elements on the exterior of the bag, in different directions.

Our story:
Hi, my wife and I have a full patent (11,957,225 B1) for a very, very special purse, no one has it, no company has seen it, no one has thought of it, we're told by many people that every woman, girl on the planet will want to own...and will be around for many decades, we're interested in Licensing it, co-op to invest/manufacture it, or any involvement you are able to do, attached are the beautiful images of it, that a company produced for us. I'm sure you could imagine I'm sending this invite to everyone in the industry.
I'm glad to tell you the fun story how it came about to this:
My wife was showing me purses, she opened a black interior one..."I wouldn't buy this, it's too dark, can't see much", same with a dark brown interior, then shows me a satin white interior, "see, I'd buy this"...I jokingly said wouldn't it be awesome if you opened it and it lighted up to see even a hairpin, she motioned with her hand to her mouth the Zip it, lock it and throw away the key, understanding that, I said you've never seen that?! I went straight to an attorney and filed it. While our attorney was doing the prior art search, one evening I dropped her off at a friend's apartment to feed their dog, I watched from the car, she dug around her purse and found her phone, fumbled to find the flashlight app, turned it on, tucked the phone under her chin to light up the door keyhole, the phone then dropped from her chin, denting it and cracked the screen,...not fun, I thought huh! We can make that scenario much more convenient, to add all that, convenient features to the purse!
An LED light automatically illuminates the interior when opened, an ambidextrous switch under the handle can turn on the forward facing LED by clicking once, twice turns on 4 down facing LEDs, 3 times turns on all exterior lighting while purse is hanging from her shoulder or hanging from her arm, leaving hands free. Battery is removable to charge via USB while still using the purse.
The patent allows for you to have a line of luggage, backpacks, man bags, etc. featuring the switchable/auto lighting features.
