A degating device and a cover structure thereof and a degating method using the same are provided. The degating device includes a base and the cover structure and is used for degating first culls and second culls attached on a package array. The cover structure includes a first pressing block, a second pressing block and a body. The first pressing block has a first top and a first bottom. The second pressing block having a second top and a second bottom is disposed with respect to the first pressing block. The body is connected to the first top and the second top. The body has first grooves and second grooves. The first grooves are juxtaposedly placed with respect to the second grooves. The first bottom and the second bottom are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the package array, so that the body is positioned above the package array and the first grooves and the second grooves face the package array.
