The invention consists of a hydroelectric power station of the pumped storage energy transfer station type with a compensation tower for exerting pressure using compressed air on the water. The compensation tower has a dome. The valves are managed by artificial intelligence and there are sensors. The water from the high reservoir is partly returbinated by the same turbine or turbines as initially. This is a perpetual cycle.

Rights Registration

The rights are internationally time-stamped with an anticipation dating back to approximately 2018. These rights remain in force until approximately 2170 (estimate) given the international legislation in force.
