The primary motivation: Initially conceived in 2007-08, and approved in 2017, generating a robot without programmers or robot experts is the motivation; thus expediting the use and adoption of robots in the world.
With Chat GPT and other generative AI software, such a tool can become the engine to implement this method and system to generate robots from user interaction.

Possible Applications:

2. For a robotic component mailorder or walk-in store like a Home Depot for robotics or"Robotics Depot".
3. Business, Engineering and software consultants could use this system to rapidly design and implement robots in useful settings.
