A New Type of Propeller Utilizing Unique Technology
- for Maximum Thrust with a Smaller Radius -

The distinctive feature of this propeller is its ability to intake atmospheric air, compress it to a high pressure ranging from 7 to 10 bars, and then release the high-pressure (hot) air to provide very high thrust for vehicles (including all types of aircraft).

Therefore, this propeller can be used in electric aircraft to provide thrust comparable to jet engines, serving as a clean and environmentally friendly alternative.

This propeller rotates inside a cylindrical casing surrounding it from the outside.
This is so that the propeller can compress the air to a high level.

First Part/ Calculating the Thrust of This Propeller

Let's assume a propeller of this type has a diameter of 1 meter and a thickness (width) of 30 cm, rotating at 3000 revolutions per minute (50 revolutions per second). This propeller can compress air up to 7 bars.

1. First: Calculating the Volume of the Cylindrical Propeller.
This represents the amount of air the propeller pumps per revolution:

Volume = Propeller Cross-Sectional Area × Propeller Thickness
(Cylinder volume calculation formula)

Volume = 0.24 m³

2. Second: As it is known that the weight of one cubic meter of air is 1.29 kg/m³.

Therefore, this propeller can pump 12 kg of compressed air at 7 bars and approximately 250°C every second.
Thus, this propeller would be roughly the size of a car tire, capable of delivering an enormous explosive thrust.

+ A helicopter could fly using two small propellers of this type (1-meter diameter) instead of a 20-meter diameter rotor!

+ This propeller can be used in electric aircraft to provide thrust comparable to jet engines, serving as a clean and environmentally friendly alternative.

+ Similarly, a car could fly vertically using one or two of these propellers. + A small flying backpack could also be easily made with this propeller, powered by a simple electric motor and battery. A propeller with a 30 cm diameter and 10 cm width, rotating at 3000 rpm, could pump about 350 grams of hot compressed air (7 bars, 250°C) every second. This would be enough to make a person fly with a small, clean electric backpack, without any exhaust.

Thus, this new propeller will save a lot of fuel due to its light weight and high efficiency, providing helicopters with higher thrust, enabling them to fly higher and for longer distances.

2- Sustainable Aviation: This propeller can provide electric aircraft with thrust comparable to jet engines, thus reducing the environmental impact of aviation by developing more fuel-efficient aircraft, using sustainable bio fuels, and advancing hybrid and electric propulsion technologies.
It will also support autonomous and connected flight by enabling the development of autonomous electric aircraft and advanced communication technologies for improved safety and operational efficiency.

3- Electric Aircraft: This propeller is the electric alternative capable of providing explosive thrust comparable to jet engines, thus enabling the construction of electric aircraft with the same or better performance than jet planes. This supports your company's initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of aviation.

4- Commercial Aircraft: The propeller can be used in commercial planes to provide the same thrust but with less fuel (due to its high efficiency and light weight), saving a lot of money and offering more comfort to passengers with less noise and more safety.

5- Urban Air Mobility: This propeller will significantly support the development of electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft to solve transportation problems in congested urban areas.

The propeller's readiness level is 98%. I have developed it to a high level, creating a detailed 3D model (using SolidWorks) that includes all the intricate details, down to the screws and nuts.

This propeller can be manufactured immediately in any medium-sized workshop. I also have all the scientific explanations and engineering drawings that prove the propeller's functionality and success.
