Railcleaner - Rail cleaning device of slippery railtracks
[Category : - MECHANICAL ENGINEERING]
[Viewed 224 times]
Railcleaner is a device for cleaning the railtracks who are slippery due to moisture, parts of leafs and anything that causes slippery railtracks for trains, by braking or accelerating on the railway track.
The device will solve the problems of gliding and slipping trains on the track.
It exists of four devices that can be mounted in front of the wheels of the train, at the front and the back of the train.
Its a nozzle with a watertank that you can operate from the cabin of the train with a button. When you push the button, the water flows through the nozzle onto the railway track. By camouflating the slippery track with a bit of water, the slipping and gliding of the train will be less and even be stopped.
The square wheels of the train that normally appears with the slipping and gliding of the train will be minimized so that the costs of making the wheels round again will also be minimized.
The benefit of this invention is, that it is cheap to make and will save a lot of costs for making the wheels of the train round again, Also the costs of delays by the schedule of the train will not be there anymore. Because the train is now better on time, while its not gliding anymore.
The invention is tested 3 months. Photo and Video material will be provided.
