My invention provides an effective solution for passenger vehicle toilets, It is self cleaning toilet, which uses bacteria to decompose the human waste and segregates the non degradable waste which is evacuated with vacuum system. The effluent from the bio-toilet is treated water, which can be used for re flushing of toilet, this bio-toilet is suitable for trains, buses, ships etc
