The invention discloses a distance piece and a manufacturing method thereof. The distance piece comprises a photoresist type sealing colloid, a plurality of through holes and a plurality of conducting columns, wherein the photoresist type sealing colloid is provided with a first surface and a second surface; the through holes pass through the first surface and the second surface; and the conducting columns are correspondingly filled in the through holes. The distance piece further comprises a first patterning line layer and a second patterning line layer, both of which are respectively arranged on the first surface and the second surface of the sealing colloid. The second patterning line layer is electrically connected to the first patterning line layer through the conducting columns, wherein the photoresist type sealing colloid comprises a photoresist material, an epoxy resin and filling grains and the diameter of each filling grain is smaller than one third of the distance between two adjacent conducting columns.
