BACKGROUND

[0001] The present technology relates to a

Bottomless No Spill Cup Tray holder comprise of material of

recycled paper pulp recycled fiber.

[0002] Most cup tray holders have no ability to securely

contain drinks from tumbling and/or spilling over, which can be

expensive for the customer and the restaurants that refill the drinks.

[0003] Therefore, a need exists for a better solution for a cup

holder tray that can tightly contain liquid drinks from tipping over

causing spills.

SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSED

[0004] In certain embodiments, the present technology is

directed to a cup holder tray comprising: pre-cut holes at the

bottom of the cup holder tray which has a compartment part that

are inside the hole which holds liquid drinks securely in place.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0008] In certain embodiments, the bottomless no spill cup

tray that has pre-cut holes which allows cups to slide all the way

through the cup holder tray, giving the ability for the cups to stand

on their own, allows for multiple advantages over the current

technology. First, this makes the bottomless no spill cup tray

holder system more aesthetically appealing by having an austere

design. Second, while transporting the cup tray it can prevent the

drinks from tumbling and/or spilling over, due to gravity of the

weight of the drinks. Third, the consumer and restaurants can save

time and resources of not having to refill their drinks.

[0009] Although the present technology is being described in

relation to particular embodiments thereof, these embodiments

and examples are merely exemplary and not intended to be

limiting. Many other variations and modifications and other uses will

become apparent to those skilled in the art. The present

technology should, therefore, not be limited by the specific

disclosure herein, and can be embodied in other forms not explicitly

described here, without departing from the spirit thereof.

ABSTRACT

[0010] The present technology relates to a bottomless no

spill cup tray holder that has pre-cut holes at the bottom of the tray.

In certain embodiments, a cup holder tray includes pre-cut holes, a

compartment part that are inside the pre-cut holes which holds

liquid cup drinks securely in place, such that while inserting the

drink cups into the tray, the tray will securely contain and/or hold

the cups in place preventing spillage.
