The Helical Engine (has been developed)

This helical engine is an internal combustion machine. It converts the heat energy from the combustion of fuel into kinetic energy.

It can give incredible superpower ever (40 strokes of power per revolution) and high efficiency which will exceed 80%.

The helical engine mainly consists of:
A- The main rotor.
B- The secondary rotor (one or more): The rotor rotates the secondary rotor as a gear.
C- The Casing.

First Part: Second Part: The Development Stage

I developed this helical engine (the present invention) recently and I made four amazing realistic prototypes of it:

0- The Primal prototype: Ordinary helical engine.
1- The first prototype: The improved helical engine (Omega).
2- The second prototype: The super helical engine (X).
3- The third prototype: The bullet helical engine (Phi).

Second Part: This Engine can be used in:

- Cars of all kinds (including racing cars), motorcycles and heavy-duty equipment. Because of its high power, lightweight, fuel economy, low cost, and low vibration and noise.

- Generating cheap electricity: due to its high efficiency and fuel economy.

- Rotating the aircraft propellers: because of the very high rotational speed and fuel economy (and thus a lighter weight for the aircraft).

Third Part: Problems existing in the recent engines, which are solved by the present invention

a) High manufacturing cost of the piston engine, because it consists of many parts and its complex design.

b) It has loud noises and big vibrations during its operation. due to the reciprocating motion of the pistons, valves, and other parts.

c) Its efficiency ranges from 30 - 55%. This means a high cost of generating electricity.

Fourth Part: The solutions presented by the present invention

A) Low manufacturing cost of the helical engine, because it consists of a few parts (3 main parts only), and the simplicity of its design.

B) The developed helical engine (present invention) has very few vibrations and noise: because there are no reciprocating movements inside the engine.

C) The developed helical engine (present invention) has a high efficiency which will exceed 70%. Because of:

• The engine does not need a valve system. It pulls air and gets the exhaust out automatically.

• The engine does not require a separate pump for cooling water: where the rotor automatically moves the cooling water when it rotates.

• The engine does not require a separate oil pump: where the rotor automatically moves the oil when it rotates.

• The bullet helical engine can work without a permanent ignition system: due to the high number of power strokes per revolution which are reaching to 40.

• Soft rotation where there are no reciprocation motions in the engine.

• The highest super power ever, because the number of power strokes per revolution (cycle) will be very big and unprecedented, reaching 40 strokes of power per revolution.

Fifth Part: How will this invention help the customers?

• Producing cheap electricity by saving 20% of costs. Thus, contributing to solving the current global energy crisis.

• Reducing the noise and vibrations of these generators. Due to soft rotation of the helical engine.

• Low cost of purchasing these generators. Because of the less cost of the helical engine, because it consists of a few parts (3 main parts only), and the simplicity of its design.

• Lower maintenance cost and Longer life span of helical engine, because it consists of a few parts and the simplicity of its design.

• The space occupied by these generators will be less.
