PLASTIC CARTRIDGE CASE AND DEVICE FOR THE PRODUCTION THEREO

I am a US citizen, Doctor of Engineering. Our team has developed and implemented a unique technology.
It is necessary to find a Seller (broker) who will help find a Buyer of the “Completed Unique Development” (Patent US20040011237A1.pdf; EP02731037NWA1.pdf),
the contents of which are outlined below.
Changes have been made to the design of the ammunition body to guarantee the safety and comfort of the shot (no strong and sharp recoil, increased shooting accuracy) while maintaining the charging speed of loaded 12-gauge ammunition.
An analysis of the problems associated with the manufacture, use and storage of ammunition has shown that they are caused by the material from which the ammunition shells are made.
These are metals and their properties.
New materials have appeared—polymers; on their basis, a class of engineering plastics has been created that can, in some cases, successfully replace traditional metal.
The properties of plastics differ significantly from those of metals in their physical, mechanical and chemical properties.
To successfully replace metal with plastic, the necessary analytics and engineering approach to solving design and technological issues were carried out.
The design of a plastic casing for 12-gauge ammunition and a unique technology for its manufacture have been developed. European patent received.
Its main advantages.
1. The shell design is completely metal-free, which increases the service life of the weapon.
2. There is no problem of corrosion: the shelf life of ammunition increases with less toxicity to the environment.
3. Provides better obturation in the chamber of the weapon when firing: there is no breakthrough of powder gases into the area of the bottom of the cartridge case.
4. Increased storage safety:
As the temperature rises, the plastic softens and causes the gunpowder to ignite rather than pressurize the ammunition and cause an explosion.
5. This plastic has hydrophobic properties and protects the powder and primer from moisture.
6.The cost of the projectile has been reduced: its production takes 8-9 seconds. when casting on an injection molding machine. If the injection mold is 100 nested, then you get 100 pieces. products in one production cycle of 8-9 seconds. In this case, two units of technological equipment are used.
7. The production of the metal-polymer shell used today consists of 19-21 technological operations (depending on the manufacturer), and each operation is performed on appropriate equipment. The costs of producing these products are: the cost of components, waste from technological and assembly operations, associated overhead costs for maintenance and repair of equipment. In total, they are several times higher than the cost of manufacturing a plastic shell.
8. The weight of the plastic shell of ammunition is 7 times less compared to metal.
Using this technology, it is possible to produce ammunition of any caliber, but greater efficiency is achieved with larger calibers (the difference in the specific gravity of metal and plastic).
Casings are a consumable product. Demand amounts to billions of pieces per year.
Using this technology, it is possible to produce shells of any caliber from 40 mm to 155 mm.
Sample casings for 12 gauge ammunition are available.
We offer for sale the right to produce plastic casings under license or sale of a patent. We undertake to take part in consultations on the launch of production.
When an interested party is identified, I am ready to negotiate.
