Wearable apparatuses and methods for using reinforced neurofeedback for multiple sports training are disclosed. Embodiments of such wearable apparatuses are configured to be worn at or near a user's joint. Two particular embodiments for golf application are described, an electronic wearable and a disposable training-aid. It positively reinforces one of the major issues in club face position at impact, wrist position. Other available technologies are often too cumbersome, costly, and require a timely learning curve. Although tailored for golfers of any age and ability level, the technology is a cross-fit application to other sport training activities.
