New Rotary Valve System for the Fuel Engines Type V
The rotary valves system is used for the reciprocating pistons engines (V engine).
The readiness of this invention: 80%
I did not submit a patent application form. You can apply for a patent in your name
Advantages:
1. Makes the V engine give a very high torque and high rpm: the air and fuel mixture entry hole can reach 90% of the piston head area, as well as the exhaust outlet hole.
2. Good sealing on gases inside the cylinders: The rotary valves have a good sealing on gases inside the cylinders better than the reciprocating valves, and prevent the leakage of pressure from the cylinders, which prevents the loss of energy.
3 - Save energy of the engine: where each of the two opposite cylinders participates in one rotating ring.
4 - Do not occupy big space comparing to the reciprocating valves.
5. Do not make any vibrations
6- These valves can be made in any simple workshop.
7- These valves will greatly improve engine performance and are unprecedented. It will greatly increase engine efficiency.
8- These valves can be installed with existing engines after making simple modifications. This can be done in simple workshops.
9- This invention can be implemented on the ground with a success rate of more than 80%.
10- Engine performance can be improved, especially those used in racing cars.
