This is an automotive alloy wheel design. I have an accurate half scale model which can be 3D scanned and used as an accurate base for an engineering file. In this respect it would be an easy task to get this rim produced.
The model pictured represents a 21 inch rim with a 120mm bolt pattern spread. Iam stateside and can make my sculptural skills available to create larger versions.
