This patent is for the invention of an extraordinary software for a robotic real-time computerized system. The system is designed to work as a Robot in 24x7 real-time operation by taking full responsibility of driving and managing the Workflow processes of desired business activities including those involving concerned human staff members of any organization private or governmental. Currently online computerized systems work according to the rules set by the user organization for meeting their business needs and increasing efficiency of operations but not as the primary driver of the business activities involving both man and computer. The most important aspect of this robotic software is that this real-time computerized system drives and manages all Workflow processes, either automated or involving human staff members, robotically from start to finish solely by itself. To emphasize the uniqueness of the software it is to be noted that all Workflow related software currently in the market are mainly for using rules-based logic to automate business processes and reduce or eliminate time-consuming tasks to enable teams to speed up their work. There is no ERP Workflow related software that interacts directly with human staff members except alerting them in the dashboard and in some cases helping them to minimize their time consuming efforts for improving efficiency let alone controlling and managing them robotically. rnrnHere are some salient features of this invention highlighting its novelties. rn[1] It is nowadays a well known fact that with the current trend in the advancement of automation, artificial intelligence and robotics, future world will be dominated by computer based robotics which will be the main driving force in managing and controlling the business activities. However, although we have experienced a lot of applications in artificial intelligence and robotics with stunning results none of them has yet shown as capable of being the main driving force in automatically managing business activities involving both human operators and computers. rn[2] This invention is the first such endeavour towards that objective and is very crucial because if such transformation of machine-man interaction becomes a highly desirable and beneficial reality in future, then this patent will strategically be placed in a very distinctive position being the first “Prior Art” in this category of robotic systems. rn[3] Yet, even at present time this invention is very practicable and will be highly beneficial with improved efficiency, considerable savings in manpower cost and higher profitability. rn[4] The prime characteristics of this robotic computerized system are:rn(a) “Machine” based computerized system replaces “Man” as the main driving force in carrying out Workflow processes of any organization involving both Man and Machine.rn(b) Startling use of the age-old “Principle of Servomechanism” that was first used effectively for automation of machines. This principle works as a “Closed Loop Self Generated Feedback Control System” which is suitably adapted for self propelling working of this non-mechanical computerized system that eliminates any need for human prompt and intervention.rn(c) This technique imparts the capability to the system for acting like a “Robot” in assigning tasks to the concerned human operators. rn(d) But the system system does not stop there but robotically continues to monitor progress of tasks assigned to human operators thus keeping them under its vigilance all the time. rn(e) Every operation within the perimeters of this software is driven solely by this robotic system. Role of human operators is limited to inform the automated system about any relevant external event and carrying out any tasks assigned by the robotic system. rn(f) However, in unusual circumstances when further intelligence is required about how to proceed, the necessary advice or recommendation is sought from the designated higher human authorities of the user organization via a “Human Interface Gate” architecture of the system. But even then it is the robotic system that still drives the next actions on the basis of response received from higher authorities. rnConclusion: We know of mechanical robots doing human like activities and in future human activities may be under vigilance of Robots with Artificial Intelligence in various ways. This invention is capable of doing this now in managing and controlling the Workflow processes involving concerned human operators of the organization.rnrnrn
