This invention consists of a copper tube folder patented by Andel which, thanks to greater safety, speed and ease of use, exceeds all those currently existing on the market.rnFolder machines are devices that serve to devad the ends of pipes and that are used to create circuits of hydraulic systems of various kinds. However, most of the folder machines currently in circulation have many drawbacks: the replacement of matrices, for example, takes very long intervention times, just like moving the bead on the same matrix as the hole. Processing costs are also very expensive.rnAndel intends to overcome all the problems listed, that's why he has patented a totally innovative folder compared to the previous ones. The Andel’s kit includes:rn- Folder;rn- Morse of various diameters, to respond to the different types of processing.rnThe Andel’s folder can be activated either manually or by motor, by means of a drill or screwman. The latter, in turn, will be hooked to the coin of the folder and, thanks to a rotating tip, will create the folder in the copper tube.rnOnce you operate the built-in clutch, the folder can be considered finished.
