Combination lighter & cigarette holder with cutter and ashtray

This product is a hand held unit that holds a Bic lighter and has a tube on the side that holds either a regular or king size cigarette or pre-roll. On the bottom it has a slide out cutting blade that cuts the lit head off that falls into an interior ash tray. Once the head is cut off the freshly cut remaining cigarette can be restored in the tube for later use. The problem it solves is four fold. First it allows the smoker to reduce the amount of smoking they do because it only takes three drags to satisfy a smokers nicotine urge so after three drags the cigarette can be cut and restored. This allows the same cigarette to be smoked around five times saving them on the amount they smoke. Second it saves them money. Recutting and saving for later use cuts down on wasted cigarettes they have to dispose of without finishing do to all the non smoking areas. It stops people from bumming a smoke from them when all they have to say is this is the only one I have in my Snipper. Thirdly, Extra health benefits. Not only will it cut down on the amount they smoke but lots of people smoke refries. It is proven that relighting an already pre extinguished cigarette is twice as harmful to you. Cutting it gives you a fresh relight. Forth and very important is the reduction in cigarette butt litter. Cutting and saving a extinguished butt so it can be disposed of in a proper trash receptacle.
