PWF digital trainer is an electronic exercise tracking device that allows the user to collect multiple types of data from every movement. The device has the ability to, but is not limited in its capabilities, to track movement paths, resistance, time under tension, power, force and work. PWF digital trainer can be attached to barbells, dumbbells, and gym equipment.

In the gym it is difficult to track performance in ways other than increasing the weight of the exercise. What is not easily apparent is if an exercise has similar movement paths, the movement is faster, or if the person is able to hold the tension of the lift longer. PWF gives quantitative data that allows the user to objectively track and adjust their workout accordingly.

PWF is unique in that it allows the user to collect data, modify their workout to get the desired results, and allows for consistency across equipment.
