A pushup exercise machine using resistance bands instead of weights to increase resistance to pushup exercises. Standing exercises such as bicep curls, bent over row, and shoulder press can also be done using an adjustable chain link to set range of motion. There is a need for doing different variations of pushup exercises against resistance bands and you can experience this with this machine. The advantages of this machine against others are the ability to do knuckle and fingertip pushups against resistance bands which are highly benefical for people of all ages especially for athletes and mixed martial artists, pushup renegade row exercise against resistance bands, and ability to perform more reps and/or go against heavier resistance levels with the Assistantship feature that a training partner can help the user get to the top position of an exercise so user can do partial reps and/or heavy negative reps. Another training partner can pick up the user to the top position using patient transfer sling belt assist with handles. I am mainly looking for an outright sale but open for license with royalties or another form of partnership. The invention hasn't been sold or marketed. It has been submitted to companies for their evaluation for license agreement.

There are many commercial gyms in addition to athletic gyms that have belt squat machines by Legend Fitness, Foreman, and so on that are cable-pulley weight stack machines and not pendulum belt squat machines like Pit Shark. A simple modification to a pushup exercise machine with resistance bands as described and shown in patent will enable users to add resistance to pushups against resistance bands in a designated area and in a safe and convenient manner. This patent is excellent for those who want to make a line of machines that are different than other machines and target different markets such as military, MMA, athletic facilities, gymnastics, etc.

The pushup machine with modification to the weight stack by replacing weights with reistance bands as well as assistantship feature are patented.
