SwapWork is much more than just an app for smartphones and devices, it is a new way of seeing business through service exchanges without necessarily going to use currency as the main 'payment method'.
The concept stems from the desire to escape the standardization of trade. It is based on the principle of barter. Obviously not barter intended as exchange of material objects but as exchange of labor services. I decided to develop a very banal example that makes everyone understand how the application works : I am a graphic designer, I need a web designer to create my website. I enter my data, what job I do and what service I can offer to those who decide to help me and I do a search on the figure that interests me, in this case a "web designer". Through a real social network the other figure accepts the assignment giving me availability. Here the beautiful, the magic, the one that will revolutionize the classical idea of the market. Instead of being paid with a monetary compensation the web designer will be paid through one of the services that I can offer as a professional so as to generate a network of people who "help" without affecting their resources or who are in that particular not be able to meet the cost required for that service.
This idea is owned by IdeableLab of Lai Alessandro and requires a fee for the complete sale. Think about how great it would be to not be slaves to a monetary system but to be part of a community that exchanges its services efficiently.
