Have they ever thought about why you find yourself more attractive in the mirror than in a photo. And why do selfies look better than a photo of someone else?

The reason is that you always see a mirrored version of yourself in the mirror and in the front camera of your smartphone. However, no one in the world perceives you as a mirror image. Photos that others take of you show the "real you".

I have developed a mirror (optical, without electronics), which shows the viewer not mirror-inverted but mirror-correct.

Patent in Austria and Germany is available. Prototype is also available.
