T- shaped handle with routed bottom to fit snuggle and securely onto pool line cap....just twist to tighten or loosen...I have a provincial patent...with 11 million pools in the u.s. alone if 1 1/2% of pool owners bought it that's 200k units..
If sold on ebay and Amazon sales could be worldwide.
Best to make out of plastic better chance at repeat sales
