This disclosure relates to the field of stovetop popcorn poppers, with an interoperating apparatus to facilitate the mixing or stirring of the popped popcorn during a coating or flavoring operation.

We have trademarked the name Zippy Pop for our utility and design patented popcorn popper. Zippy is a stovetop popcorn popper with a crank handle that has 2 sets of paddles that lift and tumble the popcorn once it is popped. There is a silicone insert on the lid that you use to add butter and salt to your popcorn... or chocolate, peanut butter, or any other ingredient you want to add to your popcorn. Then you stir with the crank handle and the ingredients melt and are tumbled to coat the popcorn evenly.

You can also use the popper to make roasted nuts, Chex mixes, puppy chow and granola.

The only other stovetop popcorn popper is Whirly Pop and it doesn't do what the Zippy Pop does. We have 8 worldwide patents on the Zippy and 5 world wide trademarks on the Zippy Pop name. The patents are listed below:

We want to sell the Zippy patents, trademarks and website as a brand. We have been selling on Amazon and Walmart.com Marketplace as well as to other sales outlets in the USA, Japan and Canada for 5 years. We have sold to Williams Sonoma, Crate and Barrel, QVC, Bed Bath and Beyond, among others.

We have the toolings that exist in China that will also be a part of the package.

We have produced in 2 variations, 5.5Qt aluminum with non-stick interior and heat paint exterior for $59.99 retail and 5.5Qt Stainless Steel with polished interior and exterior for $89.99. We did the aluminum version in 4 colors, black, red, red with white speckles, and black with white speckles.

We want to sell the 8 patents, 5 trademarks, website, and toolings outright, we are not looking for a license agreement or royalties. We will include any inventory we have here in the USA.
