The proposed project of a system that uses the gravitational energy of the Earth to generate electricity. The energy source in this system is the energy of the Earth's rotation, and the driving force is the water flows attracted to the system. This system is located in an outdoor pool of water. A basin can be a lake or a sea area. In the pool at a certain depth, there are disks with internal pipes located in a certain way. The disks are connected to a group of reversible electric machines. Such a design, after acceleration from an external energy source, comes into the spontaneous rotation, which persists after this source is turned off. The power of the system is proportional to the square of the disk diameter. Since the disks are underwater and rotate at a low speed, there is no in the open spaces of the ocean visible limit on the size of the disks, and therefore on the power of the system. Obviously, such systems can be the basis of the energy supply system for states with maritime borders.

On the other hand, such a system can be made in small sizes. And then it can be installed in small reservoirs and even in artificially created reservoirs. At the same time, the system becomes an autonomous source of energy for isolated cities and villages and even individual small settlements.

There is a mathematical proof of the system's operability, sketches of the system, diagrams, modeling programs, experimental disks made on a 3D printer, and a draft patent application.
