A plastic disc with a non-cutting edge for use in place of a cutting disc on a power tool. The disc has an inlaid marker, which can be used as a reference point when measuring revolutions per minute (RPM) of the power tool. The disc can be a variety of sizes to suit the appropriate power tool. The tool may be an angle grinder, chopsaw, circular saw, mitre saw, or other type of power tool that may require an RPM test.

Inexpensive to produce and use. Will quickly become a legal Health and Safety regulation for power tools to be tested this way
