The endothermic syringe sleeve is an insulating single use disposable storage structure. This device is configured to store and maintain a cold environment/state required for transporting blood samples. Thus, the endothermic sleeve forms a cold environment within which the syringe, vacutainer, or burette is placed. This device may come in different sizes, may be used for other types of fluid transport, and eliminates the need for locating, bagging, or packaging ice for placement of samples to be transported.
