BELOW IS THE CURRENT USTPO ABSTRACT:
The invention is a guitar hanger rack that comprises a piece of metal (or other rigid material) that is bent and notched at one end and has a curve-shaped cradle at the other bent end. This rack is designed to hold an instrument—such as an electric or acoustic guitar (or other similar type instrument that has a strap button on one end and a neck on the other). The notched end holds the strap button and the other curved cradle end holds the neck of the instrument so that it may be hung from a wall or ceiling. The purpose of the invention is to allow for the display of the instrument at multiple angles and in a manner that will not affect the finish of the instrument. Multiple patents working in concert with this one are forthcoming.

Financial information
I am seeking to sell the rights to the patent , secondary application and the entire portfolio that has been evolving since its inception more than 10 years ago. I am not interested in a license with royalties etc. My invention has not been marketed by me.
The potential for the GUITAR HOLDER is boundless. Research, cost analysis and test marketing has been extremely positive. Catalogs, Websites, and retail markets haven't a single item that "comes close" to the abilities of the "ROGUE-RAC". The name does not has a website nor made public on a major scale.
Based my research of a final purchase of a mere 5000 units a 400% profit was calculated. A company with the proper infrastructure will increase their bottom line profit margin significantly.
The complete portfolio would encompass the entire patent, secondary application, CAD files and personal input. (Serious inquires only please).
Lastly, the multifunctions of the Guitar holder far exceeds ANY unit on the market today. The asking price -vs- MSRP (Depending on quantity will increase your "Bottom-line substantially".
