FLAVOCILLIN: A NEW PENICILLIN DERIVATIVE

Flavonoid is a substance that strengthens the immune system when taken into the body and also it is antimicrobial. However, to show its effects in heavy and resistant diseases such as HIV, Staphylococcus Aureus gram positive and negative and COVID-19 , its structure is not enough alone. In order to convert it into an antibiotic that has very strong Pharmacological effects, there has been some work I have done by Chemical synthesis and as a result, I have attached these Flavonoid based antimicrobial groups on the 6-APA , known as the Penicillin nucleus and derived a new Penicillin, namely Flavocillin antibiotics. Increasing the yield and purities of Flavocillin antibiotics increases its effectiveness in treating the infectious diseases and also in overcoming the antibiotic resistance . Therefore, due to its strong antimicrobial effects, mostly in Lower Respiratory system infections, Flavocillin and its possible derivatives in the near future will help fight and reduce infectious diseases. In addition, considering the naturality of the Flavonoid group the main Penicillin nucleus carries, it will have less side effects when compared to many other antibiotics and anti infective agents. The company producing this invention and its derivatives will have no competitors for the next 20 years during the age of the patents derived from this invention.

Flavocillin , although it is a new Penicillin derivative, can be considered as a generalised Chemical substance that would be useful in the treatment of most types of resistant and heavy infectious diseases, and the datas I have at the moment is promising , concluding that it would be very useful in the elimination of COVID-19 , HIV and certain similar infectious diseases. Basically, the main reason the comb of a honey bee does not get infected by any virus, fungus or bacteria , is because the comb of the bee is full of Flavonoid chains that are continously attached to each other in addition to some Antracene and Phenacene derivatized antimicrobial rings . By combining a Flavonoid with 6-APA, the Penicillin nucleus, I produced an antibiotic and an anti-infective agent similar to those powerful combinations in the comb of the bee. Due to its unique structure and effectiveness because of this structure, Flavocillin is very useful in overcoming drug resistant bacteria and it will be useful in the treatment of resistant and heavy infectious diseases such as Staphylococcus Aureus gram + and - based resistant Pneumonia. There is evidence to this with Bioactivity datas and this effectiveness of Flavocillin is very important when considering treatment of COVID-19 originated lung problems .

The antibiotic Flavocillin is very effective against the infections of Enterecoccus Hirae ( bacteria causing Urinary Tract Infections , UTI, hepatobiliary infection, endocarditis, surgical wound infection, bacteremia, and neonatal sepsis ) , Enterococcus faecalis ( bacteria causing endocarditis, urinary tract infections, prostatitis, intra-abdominal infection, cellulitis, and wound infection ) , Staphylococcus Aureus ( can cause a range of illnesses, from minor skin infections, such as pimples, impetigo, boils, cellulitis, folliculitis, carbuncles, scalded skin syndrome, and abscesses, to life-threatening diseases such as pneumonia, meningitis, osteomyelitis, endocarditis, toxic shock syndrome, bacteremia, and sepsis. ) and also Eschericia Coli ( one of the most frequent causes of many common bacterial infections, including cholecystitis, bacteremia, cholangitis, urinary tract infection (UTI), and traveler's diarrhea, and other clinical infections such as neonatal meningitis and pneumonia.) There is also some data as evidence that Flavocillin is a HIV Protease inhibitor ( ie it can be he treatment of HIV infections ), and because of this characteristic of Flavocillin, it likely acts like the drug Ritonavir which is a HIV protease inhibitor , which is useful in the elimination of COVID-19 symptoms.
