An automatic retractable syringe with an optional fusing system that acts to permanently fix the locking mechanism in place to further secure the locking safety sheath after use. The design of this syringe allows a higher level of safety for the user and was designed as an all purpose syringe, suitable in any application including administration of vaccines and medications in hospital and clinics. This syringe can also be used for distribution to people suffering from drug addiction as a way of creating a safer environment for the general public in cities where drug needles are commonly found littering the streets and parks. The safety design of this syringe allows the needle to retract automatically, even if the user drops the syringe after using it.
