Heavy Pushup Stabilization Exercise Device
[Category : - Fitness]
[Viewed 1454 times]
One embodiment of a maximum push-up exercise machine for various push-up exercises with added resistance having a cable-pulley weight stack system housing with a cable-pulley weight stack system that is welded, bolted, or connected in any manner to a platform. The configuration of the cable-pulley weight stack system may be in any manner such that a cable thimble is positioned substantially midpoint of the platform. The cable thimble is configured to receive a snap link hook suspended from a belt or harness worn by a user or a cable connector from a single cable handle attachment or push-up bar.
The above description of the pushup stabilization exercise device is more safe and convenient to add resistance to pushups on a stabilization exercise device than placing weight plates/chains on user's back or user wearing a weight vest while doing pushups on a stabilization exercise device. Also, the pushup stabilization exercise device enables users to do their pushups on a stabilization exercise device in a designated area in the gym without using a training partner, having to worry about other gym members, and leave the area to get more weight plates/chains to add resistance to the exercise. Excellent for people of all ages and all fitness levels. Excellent for those interested in increasing their number of pushups, competing in a pushup contest, and meeting/exceeding number of pushup requirements by United States Armed Forces.
Financial informationI am mainly looking for an outright sale but open for license with royalties or another form of partnership. The invention hasn't been sold or marketed. It has been submitted to companies for their evaluation for license agreement.
There are many commercial gyms in addition to athletic gyms that have belt squat machines by Legend Fitness, Foreman, and so on that are cable-pulley weight stack machines and not pendulum belt squat machines like Pit Shark. A simple modification to balance and stabilization exercise devices as described and shown in patent will enable users to add resistance to pushups on a stabilization exercise device in a designated area and in a safe and convenient manner on above cable-pulley weight stack belt squat machines.
The pushup machine and pushup bar with cable connection in patent are patent pending. Only the balance and stabilization exercise device is patented.
