This is an osteosynthesis system with a locked centromedullary rod, in which, unlike the existing systems, the length and thickness of the rod are variable depending on the particularities of each case, which is a great advantage. Another great advantage is that the thickness of the rod in this system decreases significantly in this way reduces the pressure on the cortex.
