This invention intends to save environment through encouraging smokers not to litter their cigarette filters everywhere in
the cities. This is done through spraying perfume on the smoker's clothes if he/she puts his/her cigarette filter into the automatic
dust bin through the indicated opening. Then the device detects the entry of a cigarette filter by an optical sensor. This sensor
detects the cigarette filters. When a cigarette filter enters into the bin through the inlet, if the sensor detects a cigarette filter, a
stopper at the outlet door of the pipe extinguishes the cigarette. Then, the spraying section of the device is activated automatically
and it sprays perfume on the smoker and keeps the cigarette filter in its container. The spraying section sprays perfume as far as 80
cm away for one second.
